How to use it?
- Add one teaspoon of triphala powder to a tablespoon of oil (coconut or almond oil) and allow it to boil for two-three minutes, ensuring that the powder is properly mixed.
- After three minutes of boiling, keep it aside and let the oil cool down a little.
- Now apply the warm oil to the scalp and massage the head.
